   All Discount Energy customers can be either on a automatic delivery basis, or a will-call basis.  Customers that order 200 gallons or more will receive an additional $.02 cents off per gallon.  Minimum order for both #2 HOME HEATING OIL and K-1 KEROSENE is 100 gallons.  To provide these low prices Discount Energy requires that each delivery is paid on or in advance of each delivery.
